Saturday 6th January saw our under 11 cross country team travel to Witton Park Blackburn to take part in the Lancashire Cross Country Championships 2018.

The boys raced first at 11am and did fantasic! All 5 boys ran a strong race and they finished 6th team overall. A big congraulations to the boys – Harvey, Richard, Caleb, George and Ben.

The girls were next………. 9 girls had a great start and ran the race of their lives with Burnley finishing in strong positions (2nd, 4th, 10th, 17th, 24th, 29th, 37th, 39th & 40th). This gave them 33 team points and put them in 1st Place with a clear 22 point lead over 2nd place.
