Sunday saw the Burnley AC masters athletes turn in some excellent performances in the Northern Masters Championships at Bury.  A special mention goes to Mike Linaker who returned to competition after a long time out with his shoulder injury.

The five athletes who participated were, Mike Linaker, John Edwards, Mark Hanson, Helen Goodwill and Steve Goodwill, with Jayne Smith and Lydia Stanfield helping out all day with the officiating, it was truly and team effort.
