Please see the age group list below on the left to view your category Newcomers (7 years old and above) can attend the FIRST TWO training sessions free,after which the costs are as follows : -£1.00 per session for paid up members,£2.00 per session for affiliated clubs and £3.00 per session for non members.Parents are encouraged to join in and use the track for jogging sessions whilst the youngsters are being coached in their events.Membersof road and fell running clubs are welcome to join us for the Track & Field season as Second Claim Members.

All parents & spectators not using the track must stay outside the track fence at all times.please be aware of all others on the track,

Sprinters use lanes 1and 2 Middle distance runners use lanes 3 and 4 Joggers and warm up sessions use lanes 5 and 6 No running across the Fiels or Track in front of any Athletes who are training.
